Conference registration will include: Delegate kit, Entry to Inaugural and valedictory function, Entry to scientific sessions, Lunch, Tea/Coffee on conference days, Conference dinner, Entry to trade area.
Registration is open to all registered medical practitioners, health care providers and students.
Conference Registration is Mandatory.
Photo ID Proof is mandatory for all Delegates for Security Reasons to enter the Conference Area.
Please ensure to wear a registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference Area.
Registration is Non-Transferable.
Delegate must bring receipt at the time of registration.
PG Students will have to submit a letter from HOD at the time of registration on the letterhead of Head of the Department/Institute.
Please mention your registration number in all future correspondence with Conference Secretariat.
For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/UPI. The disbursal of delegate kit for the same will be subject to availability.
Organiser will not be responsible for any date change of the conference and any loss or theft of personal belongings.
Online & Offline Registration will be closed on 25th July 2025.
3% additional charge for Indian and 3.75% for International cards.
For any change in registration slab subsequently, same will be updated on the website www.IACTSCTCME2025.com and shall be effective w.e.f revision date.
Please provide your Medical Council No. & IACTS Membership Number.
Conference Organiser are not responsible for Postal Delays/Failure to deliver by post or failure of Electronic Communication.
Registration and Accommodation are complimentary for students. Students need to upload a letter of recommendation from their HOD. AC 2 tier train travel fare will be reimbursed for the students.
Registrations once made cannot be cancelled.
